Continue on EtsyThis hair stick has a fun upcycle story. I got these little juggler figures in Yufuin, Japan in a lucky bag, which is something they sell in Japan usually around the end of the year to clear out merchandise. The shop had them as an example in a sort of windchime (no sound) and I loved the mix of fabric textures.
The hair stick was from the 100 yen shop and finding hair sticks to craft from is difficult in the US so I picked up a few. When I unpacked and saw them together I knew it would make a really cool combination. :) If you want the black one with a different color ball let me know. The hair stick is 5" long- a bit shorter than other others I have so if you need a longer stick let me know and I can change it. I find the short one works well for me. The exact fabric design on your hair stick may vary as no two fabric cuts are the same. They are all new though- I have a small collection of them.
