NOS Japanese Clutch Bag Purse Gold Nishijin-ori Silk Kimono Kyoto

New in it's package; I opened it for photos and inspection and it's prefect. The label on the package says it's Nishijin, in a gold brocade silk from Kyoto. The fabric is luxurious and it is such a stunning clutch. It snaps closed and has fan folds on the sides and two slip in pockets, one with a mirror (still in it's plastic wrap!). This is a gorgeous bag, very traditionally Japanese. I purchased this in Kyoto at a shop on Sango Shopping Street, a new find for me, while waiting for the plum light up festival at Kitano Tenmangu shrine (and then had to store my bag of purchases!). I brought back lots of items from Japan on my last trip (two checked bags each x 3 people... it was something) and I have lots more kimonos, kanzashi, obis (I have a couple of orange ones that go great with this kimono!), and purses/bags that I'll be listing as I get to them.
