Japanese Kiss Lock Bag Purse Pink Rabbit Kimono Chirimen Silk Kyoto

This is a super unique bag, made of chirimen silk with a pink and white bunny pattern. It has a kiss lock closure and a black shoulder strap. It is lined in burgundy with a slip in pocket. This purse is functional and adorable! Kawaii des! It measures 9" x 6.5". I have added a purse charm of a black tassel with a ceramic floral bead. When last in Kyoto a shop was closing not too far from Nishiki market. The person who made the purses has long retired and they were selling off what was left. I picked up several purses (more than 50 actually- oops) because the craftmanship was incredible (check out my shop if you want to see more!). The pictures don't do it justice. The tanuki is not included (I got it from a Gatcha machine in Osaka)- it's cute and I used it to hold the bag open. I brought back lots of items from Japan on my last trip (two checked bags each x 3 people... it was something) and I have lots more kimonos, kanzashi, obis, and purses/bags that I'll be listing as I get to them.
